Disinfection Diary
The disinfection diary is used for tracking disinfection activities performed at the clinic.

It helps with:
- Maintaining hygiene standards
- Regulatory reporting
- Traceability of performed actions
Viewing Monthly Archive
The diary is organized by months.
To open records:
- Select the year
- Click on the desired month
You will see all records for the period.

Adding a New Disinfection Record
- Open the specific month
- Click "Add record / template"
- Fill in:
- Date
- Time
- Signature (employee)
- Disinfected with (product used)
Click Save.

Automatic Templates
You can create an automatic template for regular disinfection.
When activated:
- The system automatically creates records
- Uses the set time, product, and signature
Additional settings:
- Create only on working days
- Multiple automatic records
Managing Records
From the list, you can:
- Edit
- Delete
- View history
Export and Print
The diary allows:
- Printing
- Export in PDF format
