PetPaw uses modern encryption and protection technologies. The software is fully GDPR compliant and offers fast support in Bulgarian. PetPaw supports various roles - Admin, Vet & Admin, Vet - each with different access according to practice needs.
Admin Role - For clinic owners who are not veterinarians
The Admin role is intended for people who own clinics but are not vets. They have access to the business reports page, which is restricted for the Vet only profile. The Admin does not appear as a doctor in the calendar but can track all necessary information with full access - reports, settings, and general overview.
Vet & Admin Role - Full access and visibility in the calendar
The Vet & Admin profile includes everything from the Admin role, adding visibility for the vet in the system: the vet's name appears in the calendar and all necessary places. They also have access to the Business Profile page - convenient for clinic owners who are also vets.
Vet Role - Clinical work only, no business profile
The Vet role is for veterinarians who do not manage the business part. This profile has full access to patients, schedules, exams, and logs, but no access to the Business Profile page - it remains for Admin and Vet & Admin.
